Finding this old barn was a very odd coincidence.
I was researching barns in the Oregon Historic Sites database, and entered the address for the John Reichen Farm, which was given as Harding Road, into Google Maps. It pointed me to an address on Thayer Road, and Street View showed this lovely barn.
As I researched the John Reichen Farm, the description did not match up with this barn. A new search on Google Maps found the actual site for the Reichen farm (which has, unfortunately, been destroyed.)
So now I have this lovely barn, but no history on it. I will be trying to find some.
